FULL OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT (COVID-19):
To all of our NatureWall customers,
During these unprecedented times we would like to highlight that the wellbeing of our staff and customers is always of the utmost importance and as such we are rigorously following the advice and guidance of the Government and Public Health England as we continue to run our business.
Our factory and warehouse remain at the highest levels of cleanliness and we are working proactively with our couriers Parcelforce who can confirm that Public Health England (PHE) has advised them that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19) as the virus does not live for long enough on parcels or letters to be transmitted.
In addition it is important to note that our product is solely manufactured in the UK and we are therefore confident that there will be no short or medium term effects to supply. As such we have made the appropriate provisions in our supply chain to guarantee this commitment to our customers.
We are therefore continuing to run our business as normal and are fully stocked with raw materials. However due to very high demand for DIY products at present we are experiencing an unprecedented number of orders online. As such our lead times will vary between 7-10 working days depending on the product and volume of your order.
